F.A.Q.
1. I cannot view the results!
This is our most asked question. There are many possibilities:
a) Did you click on the link leading to the results?
b) On some machines, it will ask you either to save or to open choose open and wait for some seconds. For slower machines, you may need to wait upto 30 seconds.
c) Your computer does not have Adobe Reader. Click here to install Adobe Reader http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
2. Can I view the results on my phone?
Yes. Just access the site (preferably through google) and click on the post with the class you need to view. Click/press on Std-x-for-mobile.
Known issues:
a. If the weblog does not connect from the URL or if you receive a message warning you that the site is too large to be displayed, use google.
b. In google, type the keywords as Nyali Primary and press search.
c. Scroll down until you get the class you want to check the results.
d. Click on the format for mobile, e.g. Std-3-for-mobile. Wait for 3 seconds.
e. The first names may not rank (they are actually keywords for the page!). The list begins from Page 1.
f. The format is given as the Class Position, Name and the Marks.
g. Some records are replicated on some phones. Do not worry about this, since they do not affect anything.
3. When I submit my comment, I see the message “your comment is awaiting moderation”
All comments on this blog are moderated. That means they are pre-read before approval for display in the public domain. Normally, this will take a couple of minutes, so no need to worry.
4. Once I fill in my details while commenting, I see all comment forms filled automatically. Why is this so? Does it show on everyone’s computer?
Once you fill the details in one form, your computer stores it in its “memory” so that you do not need to fill in the same details again when you want to submit comments under different posts. This is unique for your computer and does not display on any other computer.
5. How can I have my child admitted at your school?
The school is run by the Mombasa Parents’ Club. All parents/guardians must be members of the club or employees of the school. The normal procedure is to avail your child for a standard interview and get advice from the school administration. Admisssion is subject to availability of a vacancy in the class.
can you add telephone contact for the school.
How can i getmy childadmitted to the school?
At the moment, there are no vacancies. The normal procedure however is to present the chld for an interview at the beginning of the year. If the child qualifies for the class intended, the parent must join the Mombasa parents club. indly check the Fees Structure Page and F.A.Q for more information.
How comes my comment is still awaiting moderation since february 18,2010?
We are sorry, we got disconnected from the Internet Service. That is why your comment has been still in moderation mode. We have expressed the need to have Internet to the administration which we hope will be looked into.
Where do i get the password to access the results?
Please check in your child’s diary. The alternative is to write an email to us identifying yourself and the name of your child at Nyali Primary.
